This year our theme for Christmas camp was "Piano Olympics over the Holidays". Students worked on events such as Tempo Aerobics learning various tempo's, rhythm activities including Tic Tac Total doing some musical math and Rhythm Races for some fun rhythm dictation. Some of the events were pretty challenging. They reviewed and learned music vocabulary words, ear training and more! For a little break between events, students made a Piano Olympic ornament and designed their own medal. The end of each evening students shared a Christmas piece they have been working on.
